Motivate and engage people are processes that increasingly companies are worrying about. That is, they seek to develop strategies to identify and diagnose problems. To be satisfied and committed to the company, the employees need to feel that contribute to its success. The lack of motivation of employees can affect the productivity of the company, causing various problems. In this line, it is necessary develop motivational factors for employees to develop or encourage their commitment to the organization. Based on the analysis of this scenario, the present study sought to demonstrate that strategic tools well-structured and planned can be indispensable in the development of employee satisfaction, making the company more competitive and productive. This study has a qualitative nature and content covered were extracted from articles, books and websites that cover human resource strategies. Another method used to improve this research was the application of a questionnaire in a small company. Through him, it was possible to find that its employees were totally unmotivated and not engaged with the work. The research starts with a literature review seeking concepts related to the topic and follows with the presentation of the strategic tools for motivation and employee engagement. After surveying these data, it was compared the objective of strategic tools with lack of motivation and employee engagement. It was noticed that it's not possible to motivate anyone, but working motivational aspects. Also it is noted that with commitment, autonomy, recognition, feedback and participatory leadership, employees actually will commit to the company. For the company pointed in this research, the tools coaching and feedback stood out as fundamental in the process of motivation and commitment of its employees. Good leadership is the differential of the strategic tools, because a leader should establish goals and objectives and always give the feedback to their followers so that the team remain motivated and engaged. On this track, it can be concluded that the commitment of employees is one of the determinants factors and it's important to their performance and the company's organizational climate. A motivated team overcomes limits. |
