Resumo: Many are the themes worked in the area of Human Resources Management. But the respect the worker's health issue has stimulated discussions and significantly tendenciado scientific production in recent years. During the academic route it was shown that when we talk about this subject soon think of employees and a niche connections involving people, organizations, laws, etc. In this universe of possibilities of knowledge, highlights three spots that deserve to be understood and depth: the Human Resources Management, the Vocational Rehabilitation and Quality of Life employees who are insured by the INSS in the rehabilitation process. For this, the objective of this work is to understand the professional rehabilitation process and the effectiveness of the program in relation to the re-entry and permanence of the worker in the organizations. Also to analyze the data of the RP program raised with the Social Security Agency - INSS of Ponta Grossa referring to the period from November 2014 to October 2015, in addition to comparing the PR data to verify if the program reached the purpose of rehabilitating Social security organizations. As for the methodological procedures, the research is classified as quantitative, based on data obtained from the social security agency of Ponta Grossa and also from the national literature. The main results point out that, comparing the figures provided, it is evident that the PR program does not reach the goal of rehabilitating social security insurers in organizations with 100% effectiveness, since the number of insured persons in the program is high, To promote the re-entry of the certified worker falls below expectations. There are many actions that the management of Human Resources articulated with Social Security can promote to leverage the rehabilitation process and the quality of life of insured persons in training in organizations. In addition to highlighting relevant aspects of the program in social security legislation. The theme is of great relevance for the annals that will remain in the collection of the library that will serve for academic research in the social security area. And also, for the academic universe, where the research points out rich information for the actions directed to administrators and managers of Human Resources.
