The Integrated Management System - SGI - is a tool of great importance, responsible for the integration of the processes in search of the optimization of the efficiency of the organizations improving their performance. In the quest to satisfy customer requirements and to help boost the competitive advantage and improve the efficiency of the business, the Poultry and Poultry Poultry Farming Plant sought to structure its management system through the characterization and analysis of the structure of the documents, Implementation of the Software and continuous improvement. The Integrated Management System made possible positive and efficient results in compliance with standards, audits, reducing non-conformities; secure document management without duplication, improvement in communication, and environmental reduction of paper. It allows the compilation of documents through graphs and tables, finally 147 documents were exported, where: 92.52% of documents approved, 6.12% under review and 1.36% in issue that is, awaiting approval. The improvement proposals are summarized in order to improve the management of the documentation in the Software, reducing its complexity. |
