It's undeniable the improving of the services sector in the worldwide economy. However, the still more academic studies pertinent to this area, point to the need for its extension, in order to establish a new discipline: the science services. Therefore, this article aims to present a bibliographical portofolio about the area of the science services by the light of relevant researchers and from it on, the contribuitions to the information science. Thus, it was realized a bibliographical research in the databasis Library & Information Science
Abstracts (LISA) Scopus and Web of Science that evidenced there were no studies envolving both areas, becoming relevant the proposal of a contemporary look to the information science by the light of the science services. |
