The Brazilian agricultural expansion and the need to achieve higher yields to meet the growing demand for food and products, has made the production process to modernize the rural evolving steeply including the installation of various industries. The alteration in work condition has chaged, eliminating many risk factors to workers even changing t manual work to mechanical way. However, the use of new methods problem has aperreared. The study has identified and analised the work conditions in a rural industry and with the result has been proposed mitigated measure form to propitiate the decreasing risk a labor activities. The work development has happened in a company of herb-mate (Ilex paraguariensis) being realized evaluation with quantitative and qualitative boarding based in searching of field and also in national literature. It was measured the noise and the illumination and it was qualified nine places of work identififying risk, possible consequences and suggesting changes when found irregularities. The use of PPE and improvements implemented in the company in the last twelve months were also raised. |
