The search for better conditions at work along with the best possible resource management is a major challenge for companies, working in an increasingly competitive market, governed by legislation more rigorous every day, always seeking the maintenance of health and worker safety. The study of risk management comes with the objective to solve this problem, through this study has resulted in the prevention of accidents at work aiming at the best possible cost to the employer. When treating of an outfit who works under severe pressure, such as boilers, an accident tends to have great seriousness involving not only the safety of the operator, but like all industry workers. Under the strong supervision and always seeking improvement in production quality, with the completion of this work, one can realize that the industry needs to be well positioned on the challenge of promoting the safety of worker aiming at productivity versus the cost control. |
