This work was developed in Metallurgical called “X” of Irati’s city, where participate in this study, 7 employees in its various functions. The analysis method used was Macroergonomic method, following six stage for obtaining the research that aims to point out the most pressing problems, and implement solutions in the enterprise, resulting in improved quality of the life for workers, the main problems that affect daily health and welfare of workers of the company “X” can be verified that the problem pointed out by most respondents was to excessive noise. For the elimination/minimization of noise, was distributed to employees protectors headset type concha. The period of analysis that employees used the protectors was 4 months, and there after new survey that found that 90% of workers reported great improvement, thus the goal was reached and were adequate was applied to NR 15 which holds the acceptable levels of exposure to noise on human health. |
