Since thermal comfort is directly related to the physical, mental and psychological conditions of worker wellbeing, such conditions are the combinations of environmental factors (mean radiant temperature, relative humidity, ambient temperature and relative velocity of the air) and personal factors (clothing and activity developed by the person). As sensations are subjective, thermal comfort is achieved when the individual reaches personal wellbeing and is thermally comfortable with the environment, and it is concluded that the individual's thermal equilibrium, as well as health factors , has a positive influence on worker productivity and performance. A pesquisa propôs realizar um levantamento bibliográfico a respeito da influência do conforto térmico no ambiente de trabalho, levando em consideração o estresse térmico. Sabendo-se que o conforto térmico está relacionado diretamente com as condições físicas, mentais e psicológicas, de bem-estar do trabalhador, tais condições, são as combinações de fatores ambientais (temperatura radiante média, umidade relativa, temperatura do ambiente e velocidade relativa do ar) e de fatores pessoais (vestimenta e atividade desenvolvida pela pessoa). Como as sensações são subjetivas, o conforto térmico é atingido quando o indivíduo atinge o bem-estar pessoal encontrando-se termicamente confortável com o ambiente, e conclui-se então, que a obtenção do equilíbrio térmico individual do trabalhador, além de fatores de saúde, tem influência positiva na produtividade e desempenho do trabalhador. 2020-11-26T11:24:20Z 2020-11-26T11:24:20Z 2018-10-31 specializationThesis CARVALHO, Matheus Teodoro Soares de.
