Resumo: The overall objective of this study was to evaluate the ergonomic risk affected the professional pedicures beauty by analyzing the Ergolândia Software 4.0. The specific objectives were to assess ergonomic risks based on assessment methods REBA, RULA and OWAS; make comparison between the methods and interpretation of results with Norm number 17. The theoretical framework that addressed these professionals have environmental risks as physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic and casualty agents. The focus of the study was to ergonomic risk, reduce this risk means putting workers in a job that is compatible with their physical and mental conditions, reducing fatigue. The issues of postures at work are treated as a problem of individual character, incurring the correction of these by the individual minimize or eliminate the risk. For this there is the disposition methods developed to determine and quantify the risk of exposure to risk factors for upper limb biomechanical overload , this study evaluated the posture implementing the handiwork of ergonomic methods pedicures by REBA , RULA And OWAS , comparing methods and with Norm number 17 . The questionnaire of symptoms and aspects of work organization and use of Ergolândia 4.0 software was applied. The methodological approach to research is characterized as an applied, measurable and exploratory research, therefore, takes the form of case study. The work of manicures in salons, requires effort and specific movements that, over the years can result in occupational diseases. It was observed that the main problem is related to the activities column tilt forward and repetitive movement of the arms, which cause discomfort and muscle fatigue.
