The industrial processes over time, present problems related to production, maintenance and consequently decrease of profits the organization which can define the success or failure of the company, even reasoning of loss of material and excessive expenses, if it leads to departments of engineering in public agencies, where constructions of new departments are carried out in a bidding manner, in which it can cause great monetary loss if there is not a correct analysis. The work aims to reduce the time of analysis and errors from projects in the area of work safety in a public organ organization, perform the mapping of the process that occur in a bidding, from the beginning to the end of the project completion process. Incorporate the MASP methodology and the quality tools into the checklist of the complementary projects received in the period of 2017, to analyze the occurrences of problems in relation to the projects. |
