The bus shelters within the urban context, have characteristics of embarkation and disembarkation aiding mobility across the public transport must provide to their users protection from the elements, providing comfort and information relating to the transport system. The methodology is descriptive in character through observation of existing modules in the city. From the foregoing the São Paulo Transportation (SPTrans) in its Technical Book No. 02, parameters and guidelines for the development of an ergonomically correct shelter were listed. Ergonomic principles were this the case of a relationship between man and object, demonstrating the usability of these. Technical Standards (ABNT) and Rules (NR) relating to accessibility, urban furniture, and ergonomics were used. The bus shelter developed took into account aspects related to technical quality, ergonomics, aesthetics and safety. Anthropometry was used to define measures of ultimate comfort to users of the concepts being considered chair to relax as ideal. The materials considered in the project were: Light Steel Frame building system coated with cement slabs , seats are proposed concrete backed polycarbonate. These materials provide durability, low maintenance and ease of implementation. Through research regarding the analysis of the reality of the city and the existing standards in Brazil was possible to develop a shelter that presents ideal conditions for comfort and well being of the user, thereby making the wait is less monotonous. Este trabalho tem como objetivo desenvolver uma análise ergonômica do mobiliário urbano, abrigo de ônibus da cidade de Ponta Grossa/PR, estabelecendo parâmetros para o desenvolvimento de modelos futuros. Os abrigos de ônibus dentro do contexto urbano, possuem características de embarque e desembarque auxiliando em toda mobilidade do transporte coletivo, deve assegurar aos seus usuários proteção contra intempéries, fornecendo conforto e informações referentes ao sistema de transporte. A metodologia de trabalho é de caráter descritivo através da observação dos módulos existentes na cidade. A partir do exposto pela São Paulo Transportes (SPTrans) em seu Caderno Técnico nº 02, foram listados parâmetros e diretrizes para o desenvolvimento de um abrigo ergonomicamente correto. Os princípios ergonômicos foram considerados por esta se tratar de uma relação entre homem e objeto, demostrando a usabilidade entre estes. Foram utilizadas Normas Técnicas (ABNT) e Normas Regulamentadoras (NR) referentes a Acessibilidade, Mobiliário urbano, e a Ergonomia. O abrigo de ônibus desenvolvido levou em conta aspectos referentes a qualidade técnica, ergonômica, estética e de segurança. Utilizou-se a antropometria para definir as medidas de melhor conforto para os usuários, sendo considerados os conceitos de cadeira para relaxar como ideal. Os materiais considerados nos projetos foram: sistema construtivo Light Steel Frame revestidos de placas cimentícias, os assentos são proposto de concreto com encosto em policarbonato. Esses materiais oferecem maior durabilidade, baixa manutenção e facilidade em sua execução.
