This article is about the insalubrity and the lack of normative reach of legislation to fully support rural workers in dairy farming, considering the research on the country's legislation pertinent to the safety and health of the rural worker, specifically what is included in the Regulatory Norm n. 06, Regulatory Norm n. 15, Regulatory Norm n. 31 and the Consolidations of Labor Laws, with their reflections on the dairy farming activity concerning health. The method used in this article was a bibliographical and documentary research that shows the unhealthy work, its characterization with the harmful risks (physical, chemical and biological), the right of insalubrity premium, the remuneration and how to suspend the additional of insalubrity during the worker´s activity to ensure the integrity of his health and safety. |
