Resumo: The present study aimed to analyze the ergonomic working conditions for professionals working in a clinic trichology and aesthetics in the city of Ponta Grossa - PR, by applying the calculation of the Index TOR-TOM, using software for Index Calculation TOR -TOM 1.2. Three jobs to be analyzed were selected . The job of hairdresser / barber, whose TOR appeared smaller than TOM, noting the lack of ergonomic risk, however adjustments in furniture with the aim of improving postural factor in the performance of barbershop activities and an increase in the number of breaks were suggested scheduled to avoid fatigue. The job of hairdresser and feminine aesthetic showed a higher TOM than TOR, noting the presence of ergonomic risk, for which immediate changes related to breaks, wheels, breaks for recovery, performing gymnastics, work reorganization as the rhythm, content of activities and time requirement were suggested. The job of manicure/pedicure showed higher TOM than TOR, characterizing the presence of ergonomic risk. In this case, changes related to repeatability to reorganize the work, including breaks and furniture casters and adequacy of the characteristics of the worker to avoid pain, fatigue and injuries have been suggested. The results obtained in the analyzed stations were compared with the specifications and guidelines of NR17 (2007 ). For each job analyzed improvements and adaptations in order to eliminate hazards or contribute to the improvement of the ergonomic conditions of workers examined in clinic trichology and aesthetics were suggested.
