The case study was carried out at a Metallurgical Plant in the city of Ponta Grossa, in the sector of Profiles - Travessa and Diagonal. The Ergonomic Work Analysis (AET) was performed through the OWAS System, aiming to analyze and improve the working conditions of employees, as well as reduce the absenteeism index of the studied sector. With the analysis performed the job was adapted, the costs of the adaptation performed are also included in this article. The present study showed the need to raise the packages of the pieces produced at the time of the exit of the equipment, reducing the effort in the columns and legs of the collaborators. |
