The objective of this research was to verify through bibliographical analysis the impact of the technological advances in the improvement of the quality of life of the workers. Most of the studies evidences of complex and contradictory form that the technology in itself does not have an inherent quality to improve the work, but depends on the institutional context, technician and politician of its adoption and use. The innovation process is complex, not linear, uncertain, requires interaction between the professionals, institutions and managers and is dependent of the context economic partner. Despite historically more satisfactory conditions of work have been conquered, what the work humanizou, the requirements imposed to the worker of the knowledge have, in another measure, desumanizado the same ones. The centralidade in the sphere of the work modifies the too much spheres of the life human being. Technological advances and quality of life in a positive direction are not so convergent elements as if it is possible to assume. The situation is aggravated in peripheral countries that live the side of the sistêmico chaos. In Brazil, millions and millions of people live below of the line of the poverty and to the edge of the technological advances. They are people who at least obtain to be diligent. The unsatisfactory levels of quality of life reach significant parcel of the population. Elements do not exist very that they make possible to think a different one tomorrow or better. In the sectors of installment of the health services, civil construction, telecommunications the technological innovation is more cumulative than substitute, if not only treating to place new equipment in the place of the old ones, and nor to occupy work ranks, but to add them it the work process demanding, generally, more diligent. Thus the incorporation of new technologies causes new demands, many times increasing the intensity of the work, requesting the multidisciplinaridade of the knowledge and workers with diverse and complementary specialties. The quality of life in the agricultural work finishes being favored and improved. However, with the introduction of the machines, the ranks of works that will be eliminated do not come back more. This is a trend in a flexible sector that is initiating the process of substitution of the human work for the search each bigger time of the production enxuta and with raised base technique and highly diversified. |
