This monograph aims to present the importance of maintenance management for increased productivity in a manufacturing industry of wood. Through field research that considers a universe of seventeen (17) employees who work in the sector in question. The methodological approach adopted for the research is qualitative and quantitative, as an instrument for data collection was used one (01) questionnaire with objective and subjective, so employees manifest your suggestions. The results point to be positive in maintenance management using a tool known as the order of service, as well as pointing out some items of great importance and should be improved, such as lack of information, lack of material for the execution priority inadequate, wrong information, excess and duplicate orders scheduled work orders. Through the analysis of the information was noted that training should be developed for employees and leaders making clear the forms of execution, completion and that the information passed by the leadership are clear and objective. The correct use of service orders while optimizing the process of preventive maintenance, you will contribute to the formation history of the equipment that helped in the decision process, and the training schedule of preventive maintenance stops. |
