Resumo: One concern is that colleges have to know exactly what to teach in the course of administration for the student to facilitate their entry into the labor market. This present work aimed to find out what the powers of the North of Paraná Pioneer teach the discipline of production management under the eyes of graduates of the course of administration of Facibra. To that end, we interviewed the teachers responsible for this course in three colleges, Facibra, Fati feat and with the aid of a questionnaire with open questions, which sought out the bibliography used in the preparation of the menu, the most important content in the view of both teacher and what is charged by ENADE on the method of teaching in each institution, etc. .. The research took shape with studies already published work in the area through the literature search, it was possible to collect most of the books used by teachers when preparing lessons. The offering of the course in question was discussed and presented in tables facilitating the understanding that the colleges will give to the matter differently, however, the contents lected are very similar. Facibra College, seeking to improve the relationship with the disciplines of the job market through 2011 to senior students who need to learn academics have certain issues in the academy and also the matters that are not interesting for the same labor market. A list of contents was created as a result of the interview with the teachers of the three colleges as being of paramount importance to learn the discipline of production management. A table with the issues that academics would like to be treated during their stay in the gym and the other with issues that should only be commented during that stay. Through this work will be possible to prepare a leaner menu for the field of production management and the results as the students, the faculty Facibra may act on matters directed by the students this year.
