This study aims to evaluate the statistical dependence between the individual indicator of productivity of cashier of toll with your state Quality of Life and Quality of Working Life. We applied the WHOQOL-100 questionnaires for QoL and Walton model adapted to evaluate the QWL in the 25 employees at a toll plaza. In the analysis of statistical dependence between variables we used Fisher's exact test with a significance level of α less than or equal to 0.05. The results show the existence of a relationship between the Psychological Domain with the indicator of worker productivity. There was significant dependence of the categories for the variables "Working conditions", "Work and the total space of life" and "Social relevance of work in life" with the indicator of productivity in the QWL. In the analysis of outliers can see that the combination of some of the sociodemographic variables affect the QWL and be younger than 29 years, working during the night shift and have one child characteristics been present in 75% of outliers. The research appears as a thorough approach to the relation between the productivity indicator of business with the individual characteristics of employees covered by QOL and QWL. |
