This paper discusses the main reference models in software process improvement. Are explained aspects of the processes quality model called Dynamic CMM as an alternative in process improvement in small and medium software development companies. The Dynamic CMM has a more simplistic view, which facilitates the acceptance of those responsible for software organizations deploy this model even in micro and small enterprises, for not having human and financial resources as medium and large enterprises, the CMM becomes far from reality, making way for the Dynamic CMM. |
