An air conditioner of the Split model can be divided into two parts, the internal called the evaporator unit and the external called the condenser unit. Air conditioning units were normally installed in high places and are difficult to access, requiring the use of a system to lift the condensing unit to the place of its installation. The lifting system in question is, at many times, still unknown to some workers in the area, and at other times manufactured by installers of the segment in informal workshops and without structural dimensioning calculations in order to avoid static failure due to possible overload. Applied to the system, which can cause the sudden fall of the air conditioning equipment, exposing workers to risks of serious accidents. The present work have aims to calculate the loads of the structure, the tensions acting on the structure through the section method, to do the simulation with 2D and 3D software to compare with the results obtained, to combine the results with a material of dimensions and characteristics mechanics compatible with the requirements, and a cross section profile is reached at a point that resists the load and does not suffer failure, so that it can facilitate its vertical transport and guarantee safety in the service. |
