Resumo: |
In this paper, I intend to identify how Afrofuturist language appropriates representation codes in an audiovisual design project, such as a music video. Being a strategy of resistance against racism. For this, the object of study is the music video of Nave, by Brazilian artist Xênia França. As a methodology, a bibliographic review is performed from the studies of identity representation (Stuart Hall), Black Movement (Nilma Lino Gomes) and Afrofuturism (Ytasha Womack). Thus, the search understands how design techniques become crucial tools for the construction of images and social emancipations, changing as strategies inserted in the music video. |
