Resumo: This work tries to investigate the role of the leaders in the organizations and the impact of the academic formation of the same ones besides the necessary qualities só that an eveficlient leadership of the teams of work more speciefic in the area of sales is obtained. Leadership is a notorious and most important skill for managers and business managers in the development of their daily activities. Leadership as a way of applying hands-on experience and administrative knowledge is a key and determining factor for managers to achieve success and success within organizations. That is why the need to know whether the academic training in the human or exact area of the managers really inflfences the productivity and the sales of the employees is created.
