Satisfaction research has been one of the main differentials for the survival of any organization. Because more and more customers are looking for a good service, even if it is for solving a problem or buying a product or service, but the good service of the staff, is enough for a good impression of the client before the organization. This study will build on the importance of quality and excellence in customer service for organizations, this will help them stay active in the competitive market. The importance of a good relationship between client and company brings customer loyalty, indications among other positive results. It will also be studied the importance of the employee within the company, because it will be this employee who will bring the quality in the service, thus carrying the name of the company. Finally, it will be approached improvements that if implanted in the service can bring benefits both for the companies as for the clients. |
