The performance management and assessment has shown to be effective in several companies. Nevertheless, it is observed that the programs are developed for big companies, then making researches in small and micro companies necessary. The present study aims to develop and apply a tool of behavior performance assessment based on a personality test, in four employees of a micro company of services in Curitiba-PR, analyzing the results and doing some suggestions. It was observed disparities in required behavior on the positions, in behaviors observed by the owners and in behaviors in selfassessment of the employees, bringing the possibility of implementation of tools and strategies of communication and feedback, in addition to new trainings. |
