The theoretical reference was based on the Systemized Bibliographic Review (RBS) on Entrepreneurial Skills and Engineering Teaching. The most relevant entrepreneurial skills for engineers were: Proactivity, Entrepreneurial Vision, Risk Tolerance, Planning, Expert Vision, Process Analysis, Obsession for Goals, Persistence, Trust, Reliability, Aptitude with Technology, Motivation, Persuasion, Resilience, Innovation, Sustainable Entrepreneur, Dedication, Leadership, Commitment and Relationship. These entrepreneurial skills are based on the fact that they are present in the bibliometry of the 50 most relevant RBS articles, contained in scientific databases such as: Wiley Online Library, Scopus, ScienceDirect (Elsevier), SpringerLink, SAGE Journals Online, Project Muse and Web of Science, published in high impact scientific journals. From a data collection tool developed in this thesis, questionnaires were applied to managers of engineers, undergraduates, graduates and professors, with the intention of covering the scope that involves the training of the production engineer, from the Federal Technology University of Paraná, in the Campus of Ponta Grossa. The entrepreneurial skills model was elaborated through the Likert, Weighted Average and Medium Ranking scale, in addition to the junction of similarities of the most relevant models' skills, standing out and in the junction of the already existing skills models proposed by Cooley (1990), Spencer and Spencer (1993), Bateman and Snell (1998) and Man and Lau (2000), with the insertion of desirable entrepreneurial skills in engineers by managers. As a result, it was concluded that the expectations of managers as to the desirable entrepreneurial skills in engineers, is convergent with the perception of egresses, however, there is minimal divergence of some entrepreneurial skills between graduates and teachers.
