Resumo: Humanity has witnessed, both passively and actively, an intense environmental degradation and consequent depletion of natural resources, as well as an increase in the levels of pollution that threatens the life of planet Earth. In this context, it is extremely important to create strategies that aim to minimize or treat these problems. Civil construction plays an important role in this scenario, as it is considered an activity that uses too many natural resources, often depleted, also contributing to pollution. In turn, almost half of the world's population, about 3.4 billion people, still struggle to satisfy their basic needs. Therefore, it is imperative to search for more sustainable solutions with regard to the issue of housing, in particular, housing agglomerations of social interest. In this scenario, the question arises of how to provide housing solutions that are sustainable without, however, raising costs. Thus, the general objective of this work is to propose a model of social housing condominium for low-income population that is at the same time sustainable. To achieve this goal, a systematic literature review was carried out using the Methodi Ordinatio methodology, for the selection of works and composition of the bibliographic portfolio. The research axes were: Technology transfer, Social housing, Sustainability, Sustainable condominium, searching for articles that would allow to obtain a base of the practices used in civil construction aimed at sustainable development and supported by the three pillars, that is, socially just, environmentally correct , and economically viable. In addition, an exploratory documentary search was carried out on stamps, rules and laws that guide sustainable civil construction and social interest. The results showed that there is no specific model of sustainable condominium design in the literature. Thus, from the set of texts, combining the focuses and methodologies used in the different articles selected in the literature review, it was possible to devise a project to build a sustainable condominium. When knowing the technology transfer system, there are methods that prioritize the use and reuse of water, energy conservation via renewable natural emission, reduction of environmental impacts and other methods that are ideal for an environmentally sustainable and economically viable construction process.
