Currently, the postharvest sector is demanding a big applying of technologies to settle the deficit on the production sector. Besides, the measurement of the specific mass (that is done manually) have relevance to the development and management of the postharvest unities. Thus, this project is based on implementation of an eletromechanical system capable of sample some grains, define the specific mass, and then, send the data to a graphic interface. A structure was made, and after that, the measurement tests. On this phase, it was used a container coupled to a load cell to do the product measurement. For the data acquisition and calculation of the specific mass, it was used an electronic platform of control. The system was calibrated indirectly with a precision balance. From this, measurement with different samples of product of soy and corn were made and compared, achieving to a relative error of 0,12% on maximum. Based on results obtained, it is concluded that the system can be applied like a auxiliary tool to the commercial unities management that work with agricultural product. |
