This paper presents procedures using QR-Code to assist in the management of shipped material from the company Scheffer Logística e Automação LTDA. A Company located in Ponta Grossa city, created in 2001 works with projects focused on automatic storage and logistics systems, and has great difficulties in managing the material of equipment sent for assembly in the final customer. For this reason, the solution proposed in this work are procedures. for tagging and tracking volumes using a QR-Code reader application. The application was developed using the ionic framework along with Firebase database. The result was an internal procedure at the company's headquarters using the project's ERP Totvs structure to generate QR-Code tags, and an external procedure using the application to read the tags, procedures illustrated in flowcharts to assist employees in the execution. , aiming at loss reduction, material loss and optimizing the final assembly time of the equipment in the client. |
