Resumo: The Industry 4.0 also called the fourth industrial Revolution, it’s a modern concept of smart factories that has in your foundation many modern and emergent technologies as the Analytics and Big data, a technology that has being transformed by the blockchain technology. Innovating in decentralize, cryptograph and making it public, it is transforming the way of storing data. This paper has the objective of propose a procedure of analysis of the big data using statistics methods and applying it to a cryptocurrency data set, a big data set that is available to anyone and have your foundation at the blockchain. It will be done the literature review of the statistics methods, the choice of data set, preparation of the used variables in the data set and applying it at the analytics software having for results an procedure of analysis of big data dataset using the statistics and an analysis of two years dataset of the mainly cryptocurrencies in the market. The mainly result was the statistical analysis of the mainly cryptocurrency in relation to the other coins. Also it highlighted the proposed procedure is applicable to big data datasets.
