Therefore, the objective of the following work is to present, by means of analyzes, configurations of modified trusses to minimize the accumulation of impurities without meeting the resistance requirements. Therefore, changes were made in the lattice elements, such as rotation and slope of the bars, as well as changes in the nodes number, and subsequent analysis of their behavior, where it was possible to suggest lattice configurations objectified. Such modifications were made based on the resting angle of the impurity measured in the research. It was also possible to compare the costs by the steel consumption rate of the trusses, to determine which configurations are more feasible. Therefore, it was defined that the trusses of parallel banzos and arched trusses present economic and functional advantages when modified. Thus, the benefit of the use of such trusses is perceived by generating an economy with the labor of cleaning and maintenance of sheds, as well as a reduction of the losses to the producer caused by the losses associated with the attack of plagues. |
