Resumo: The investment market is very dynamic, so it is difficult to implement long-term strategic planning. A classic approach to strategy, such as an action plan to reach an end goal, from an initial context is incomplete given the rapid changes in the industry as the planned landscape changes. This study aims to provide indicators that establish a cause and effect relationship between the efforts made by employees. The work also applies in the company a tool that translates qualitative objectives into quantitative, thus facilitating the measurement of the performance of the strategic initiatives undertaken. The methodology consists of analysis of critical success factors, determination of strategic objectives and creation of a cause and effect map, definition of qualitative and quantitative performance measures. Determination of the influencing variables of the internal and external environment, analysis and conclusion. Therefore, we can conclude that an effective strategy must have flexibility for changes along the way.
