This work will address a case study applied to a private security company located in the region of Curitiba, with the objective of analyze how organizational changes in various segments of the company contributed to its financial recovery. Using bibliographical research to contextualize the changes occurring within the company, we show that the processes described, decision-making and other documented practices led the studied company to restructure to recover the economic performance of the company and to remain alive in the market in the middle of a period of economic crisis in Brazil. Emphasizing human, financial, operational and marketing processes, we show the strategies applied in these areas for the growth and sustainability of the new phase of this company. |
