Resumo: Sport is present in the lives of Brazilians since childhood, practice in the school environment is of great influence for habits in the rest of life. The most practiced sports in the schools are: Futsal, Handball, Volleyball and Basketball. This ends up limiting as the tests of the students in any motor aspect and in the discovery of other sports that please them. If school games have classic sports, what is the reason why schools don’t work for students? The present study was carried out with a justification of different sports proportions that collaborated with the students’ motor, cognitive and social development. The overall goal was an analysis of non-profit sports against school shifts. It had a descriptive qualitative approach; a population was composed of 46 students, being 22 boys (48%) and 24 girls (52%) of the sex to the year and the elementary school of private schools of Curitiba/PR. Along with three physical education teachers or school managers. Two different questionnaires were created, one for students and one for managers. It was concluded that the focus against the turn of the schools is participation and leisure, with no intention of competing. This mode, supported school in the turn the teachers are experts and the students who want more than the other events go it in other places.
