In this way, the objective of this work was to evaluate the agronomic performance of soybean cultivars submitted to grouped and conventional sowing. The experiment was installed in the experimental field of the Federal Technological University of Paraná, Campus Dois Vizinhos. The experimental design was a randomized block design, with three replications, in a 2 x 4 factorial scheme. The first factor was composed by the different sowing methods (conventional and clustered) and the second by soybean cultivars of contrasting cycles. following treatments: T1: Cultivate 5D634 conventional sowing; T2: Cultivate 5D634 grouped sowing; T3: Cultivation TMG7062IPRO conventional sowing; T4: Cultivate TMG7062IPRO grouped sowing; T5: Cultivation LG60163RR conventional sowing; T6: Cultivate LG60163RR grouped sowing; T7: Cultivate conventional NS6006IPRO sowing; and, T8: Cultivate NS6006IPRO grouped sowing. It was evaluated the height of plants, height of insertion of the first pod, number of pods per plant, number of grains per plant, number of grains per pod, mass of one thousand grains and crop productivity. The height of plants and height of insertion of the first pod were influenced by the arrangement of plants and cultivars studied. The mass of a thousand grains varied according to the types of soybean cultivars. The planting arrangements did not influence the mass of a thousand grains and the yields of the soybean cultivars. Em função da importância econômica da soja, inovações no espaçamento e distribuição de plantas na linha de semeadura estão sendo estudadas visando incrementar o rendimento da cultura. Desta forma, o objetivo do trabalho foi avaliar o desempenho agronômico de cultivares de soja submetidas à semeadura agrupada e convencional. O experimento foi instalado no campo experimental da Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná, Câmpus Dois Vizinhos. O delineamento experimental adotado foi em blocos ao acaso, com três repetições, em um esquema fatorial 2 x 4. O primeiro fator foi composto pelos diferentes métodos de semeadura (convencional e agrupado) e o segundo por cultivares de soja distintas, constituindo os seguintes tratamentos: T1: Cultivar 5D634 RR semeadura convencional; T2: Cultivar 5D634 RR semeadura agrupada; T3: Cultivar TMG7062 IPRO semeadura convencional; T4: Cultivar TMG7062 IPRO semeadura agrupada; T5: Cultivar LG60163 IPRO semeadura convencional; T6: Cultivar LG60163 IPRO semeadura agrupada; T7: Cultivar NS6006 IPRO semeadura convencional; e, T8: Cultivar NS6006 IPRO semeadura agrupada. Avaliou-se a altura de plantas, altura de inserção da primeira vagem, número de vagens por planta, número de grãos por planta, número de grãos por vagem, massa de mil grãos e produtividade. Os dados foram submetidos à análise de variância e comparados por fatorial. A altura de plantas e altura de inserção da primeira vagem foram influenciadas pelo arranjo de plantas e cultivares estudadas. A massa de mil grãos variou em função dos tipos de cultivares de soja.
