Resumo: As result of an ever-increasing demand for food, it was imperative to broaden the productivity of crops. Due to this scenario, people are seeking alternatives to collaborate with this noticeable increase. Thus, this work aims to evaluate the potential of the biological products based on Trichoderma harzianum, Bacillus subtilis, and Azospirillum brasilens. The experiment was implemented in the area of the Cooperative of seeds producers - COPROSSEL, in Porto Barreiro, state of Paraná. The cultivar used was Tbio Iguaçu, and the experimental delimitation was in randomized blocks with 7 replicates. The plots consisted of 15 lines of 40 meters in length and spaced 17cm apart. The treatments were constituted by different biological microorganisms used in the inoculation of the seed T1: Control; T2: Trichoderma; T3: Azospirilum; T4: Trichoderma + Azopirilum + Bacillus subtilis; T5: Bacillus subtilis. The potential of biological microorganisms in crop productivity, the thousand kernel weight, and the hectoliter weight were evaluated, and the inoculation of microorganisms in the wheat seed did not present any significant result in the increment of the parameters related to productivity.
