In the business environment, there is a constant search for greater productivity, improved quality and increased competitiveness. In order to achieve these objectives, several factors must be constantly improved, including the training of its employees, which in companies that are updated in the new techniques of Human Resources, translates into Corporate Education. The concepts of Training and Development (T&D) no longer satisfy the need that organizations have to develop and retain intellectual capital. Corporate Education based on concepts that seek the development of competences and skills according to the strategic objectives of the organization, multiplication and preservation of the organizational culture, focused on internal and external customers, valuing Human Capital, and together with the use of Technologies of Information and Communication (ICTs), is the tendency to increase competitiveness, high profitability, lower turnover and thus perpetuation of the organizational culture. ICTs are ways of improving learning in the workplace, motivating employees, reducing distances, promoting innovation, leveling knowledge and increasing the interaction between employees from geographically remote units of the same company. This qualitative approach study, in relation to the objectives, will be descriptive, seeking to identify and relate the most used ICTs in the studied company, to support Corporate Education. |
