Resumo: The present study is a field research performed among São José dos Campos citizens looking for administrative public services at The Entrepreneur Office (TEO) in SJC Town Hall. The Entrepreneur Office facility belongs to Urbanism Secretary and provides support to small, medium and big entrepreneurs in SJC in the way of helping new companies to settle down in the city. Presential services as Accounting and Administration are offered there. TEO centralizes all presential attendances. Three other Attendance Places in the city offer only initial process openings. Several studies support positive results from municipal administrative deconcentration, when public office hierarchy is preserved but the work distribution occurs. The aim of this research was to verify how positive would be the municipal public services deconcentration of TEO from the citizens point of view and the forecast of these services to other facilities according to each specific city zone. The study was performed among one hundred citizens that looked for support at Town Hall between April and May 2020. Citizens were asked to answer a six questions form. 68% of the forms showed that population is favorable to the deconcentration of TEO services toward other city facilties, specially that located at South and East zones, not only at the central área. The results of this study are already known among Town Hall authorities and supported the deconcentration of public TEO services insertion as a goal for 2021 Municipal Goals Plan.
