The present monographic work theoretically addressed the aspects of leadership and pandemic: a study with the secretaries of public administration in the municipality of São Miguel arcanjo – SP, within the concepts and studies applied and correlated to the thematic axes that match the information contained in this study. The theme and its delimitation synchronously provided the opportunity for congruence in its choice, without the need to use prolixity, and the issues listed were answered, according to the presentations, consecutively, the objectives outlined, being: the general and the specific ones were completely reached, as well as the justification that plausibly encompassed its target audience in a clear and objective way, unveiling its importance to the social and academic field, in line with the Municipal Public Management of the city of São Miguel Arcanjo-SP. The methodology made use of a bibliographic, descriptive review in conjunction with a Case Study, quantitative and exploratory carried out with the Municipal Administrators of the mentioned city, and which collected relevant data for the development of this research. The theoretical framework supported the information provided, being the scientific axis of the present and which substantiated through its respective sections and subsections how the leadership process occurs at the municipal level, overcoming the related obstacles. Finally, it is concluded that Leadership, especially in Municipal Public Management, depends on numerous instruments to obtain excellence, minimizing everyday complications, and leading a team requires extensive knowledge, in addition to promoting cooperation and the search for results analogues targeted by the Municipality and Municipalities that finance the system. |
