In this work we study discrete dynamic systems, analyzing their constituents and observing their evolution, as well as the map behavior while varying their initial conditions. Our main focus is the logistic map, which can be used to study population dynamics. In addition to this, we also explore some other maps, to show common points between them. Using Geogebra, Maxima and Microsoft Excel, we explore those maps and suggest activities that enable the use of technology in high school, as well as interaction with other areas of knowledge. |
