The quality of electric energy includes several indicators that have the function of measuring the energy supplied to the various consumers, considering desirable parameters and that generate reliability for its functioning. Energy efficiency is an activity that consists of using energy effectively to obtain a certain result. However, there are different factors that can affect energy quality and energy efficiency in an industry, such as the installation of non-linear loads, switching of electronic devices, voltage variation due to the use of loads that require high system power. , obsolete equipment in use, among others. In Brazil, Module 8 of PRODIST regulates and dictates the rules regarding the Quality of the Electricity provided, in addition to addressing the quality of the services provided and the handling of complaints with the concessionaires. Therefore, the general objective of this course conclusion work will be to present a study on the energy efficiency and quality of electric energy in an industry in the city of Toledo - PR, thus verifying the possible disturbance loads and electrical installations in general. Regarding the resolution of possible problems, the development of this work aims to mitigate the different types of loads by proposing technical solutions and electronic devices capable of solving the problem of the place. |
