The objective of this research is to examine the presentation of a Visual Management system, presenting the advantages of the Production Order and of a Sequencing adapted in the Aluminum Separation process of a metallurgical industry, as a tool to reduce waste and structure the process. The work was developed through the search for flaws in the process and improvements in the Production Management of the PCP. The research was motivated by the search for improvements in productivity and reduction of waste, making clear the real
needs related to Orders and Production and Sequencing, from the implementation of Visual Management so that the information reached the process through the PCP. As a methodological contribution, the research had a
Qualitative, descriptive approach, using Research-Action as a method. From the results obtained, it was observed that, from Visual Management, the sector demonstrated an evolution in the use of routines and improvement in the administration of PCP, reducing waste. As for the feedback from employees, there was a significant improvement, especially in relation to the priority of tasks, with 100% satisfaction. |
