Structures suffer from many pathologies due to poor execution, misuse, failure of design, etc. Among the pathologies, the most verified in civil works of reinforced concrete is the corrosion of the reinforcement, and thus, techniques are adopted to recover this structure, in this pathology the most commonly used technique is the treatment of corroded reinforcement, and later recomposition. This work presents a study, in order to evaluate the recomposition process, as well as materials commonly used in this technique, such as graut and structural adhesive. To perform the analysis, tests are carried out, with a static load normal to the columns, in moderately slender columns, divided into groups, where each group depicts a different process or material. Finally, it is concluded that the columns with the recomposition are less resistant to tensions, and graute has proved to be an excellent material for recompositions. |
