This research presents a study for the application of biogas produced in a biodigester using the Brayton Cycle. Was initially performed an analysis of the productive efficiency of the biodigester, with such analysis it was possible to estimate what would be the specific production of biogas. A thermodynamic analysis was performed to estimate the theoretical efficiency of the cycle based on values obtained in the literature. Finally, with the combination of the obtained data it was possible to come up with a relation between the mass of solid foods that enters the process with the power provided by the cycle. |
