Is notorious that are a large number of constructive mistakes that can generate pathological manifestations in works, especially in public works, where the necessary periodic maintenance is not carried out, generating discomfort, deterioration of the building and even compromising the safety of users. The objective of this study is to identify the pathological manifestations of the Lacepe block of the University Hospital of the West of Paraná, as well as to diagnose their causes and propose technical recommendations to restore the functionality of the edification, determining an order of prioritization to corrections from the GUT method. Through on-site survey and studies, several pathological manifestations of errors in execution were verified, being identified as main problem the occurrence of differential repression in the structure, besides, the lack of periodic maintenance culminating in more serious pathologies that make the cost higher for fixes. |
