Resumo: The tecnological development influenced the use of alternative methods of construction, compared to convencional. These also brought a concept of industrialization to the construction industry, in function of numerous advantages, such as: increase in productivity; little waste generation and cleaner site. One of these analytical parameters is the cost of deploying these systems. Therefore, the objective of this monography was the comparison of direct costs of the construction systems: convencional (reinforced concrete and masonry sealing), Steel Frame and structural masonry, through the detailed budget. Therefore, was elaborated the contrast analysis of service, of the ABC curve inputs and the difference in overall cost, in a single-family residential project of 70m² in area, as a city of situation considered Toledo – PR. The final result showed that structural masonry is the cheapest system, about 2%, when compared with convencional. The most expensive was the Steel Frame, up 26% above the convencional system.
