Resumo: The use of precast concrete in civil construction is synonymous of practicality. It’s a constructive method dedicated to medium and large buildings that require speed in execution. The precast industry is in a constant process of evolution, according to the industrialization of engineering activities. In search of ways to accelerate the work process and improve analytical methods, the BIM platform has come to assist designers through the versatility and objectivity of their software. BIM is a concept that works on the sharing of parameterized information through construction projects that allow 3D visualization of the structure, which allows to evaluate and analyze everything that happens with the elements and shows the user all the incompatibilities that may occur during modeling. In order to encourage the use of BIM in the use of precast elements, this work presents a structural modeling and analysis process through Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Robot software, describing all stages from the design of the structure to the presentation of the final results.
