Civil construction in Brazil is among the sectors that presents the most difficulties when it is intended to connect project and execution together with performance, productivity and quality. Given this scenario, the research in question presents a case study in a Junior Company, composed of Civil Engineering academics, through the FMEA adapted to the conditions necessary for the Civil Construction area, the analysis of failures that occur in the design phase and which may compromise quality in the execution of the work. As a result of the investigation, the study presents the possible causes of the faults diagnosed, proposing control measures for the solution of the project inconsistency, as well as highlights which failures have priority in the search for solutions. |
