Disorganized population growth, coupled with the obsolescence of infrastructure in cities, increasingly compels an application of urban verticalization projects to fill a gap. Thus, civil construction in urban verticalization projects and land containment were reduced, established by the economic, constructive and environmental viability of the works. The dimensioning of containment structures, called ECSR (Reinforced Soil Containment Structure), involves an insertion of materials that confirm the highest resistance to soil traction. Undertaking, the initiatives are very extensive and, when possible, the advances are made in the elaboration of spreadsheets or softwares that expedite this task. With the purpose of assisting academics in the field of civil construction, a free software software worksheet was developed, with dimensional qualifications of inclusion in reinforced soil, using geosynthetics as reinforcement. The spreadsheet is called ECSR Geo - Student Version 1.0 and presented desired performance with zero disparity in relation to manual sizing. |
