The present work has the finality of demonstrating the importance of the judicial expert in civil engineering, for the solution of disputes found within judicial processes, which involve civil construction. The main objective is to clarify the aspects that make such a professional so important, and the reasons for the lack of knowledge of professionals who are theoretically enabled to be experts, but are not familiar with this subject. Still, it brings a discussion through the practical evaluation of the UTFPR - Guarapuava campus, with the application of the methodologies for the elaboration of an expert report, approaching its importance as a knowledge base for the civil engineering course. |
