This study aimed to apply the quality tools in search of continuous improvement in a packaging company in the state of Paraná, to obtain the reduction of nonconformities. First, a theoretical framework was developed, addressing concepts and exemplifying with graphics and figures the correct way to use each of the tools. Subsequently, their application in a real case study was presented. Throughout the study, it was also assessed the effectiveness of the planned actions. As conclusion, it was possible to attest to the effectiveness of using quality tools and the need to use a structured system to guide the resolution and definition of root causes for more complex or technical nonconformities, such as the one presented in the case study. |
